Laser Right Angle Prisms


Overview

Laser right angle prisms are laser-grade precision optical components designed to bend image paths and deflect laser beams by a precise 90° angle. When paired, two right angle prisms form a Porro prism assembly for image inversion and beam path folding, allowing engineers to reduce system footprint while maintaining accurate optical alignment.

Coatings & Substrate Materials

To match diverse application requirements, the surfaces of our laser prisms can be coated with a range of high-performance optical coatings:

· Anti-reflective (AR) coatings: Maximize transmittance and minimize back reflection

· Dielectric high-reflective (HR) coatings: Deliver targeted high reflectivity for specific laser wavelengths

· Metallic reflective coatings: Provide broadband reflection for general beam steering applications


We offer a comprehensive selection of laser-grade substrate materials covering ultraviolet, visible, and infrared spectra:

· N-BK7 (H-K9L): Cost-effective choice for visible and near-infrared laser systems

· UV Fused Silica: Optimized for UV and high-power laser applications

· Calcium Fluoride (CaF₂), Germanium (Ge), Zinc Selenide (ZnSe): Ideal for mid- and far-infrared laser systems
